Bombay animal control complaints are handled by the North Country Animal Shelter in Malone, NY. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00-4:00PM. An answering machine is available to leave animal control related complaints off hours.

Bombay Historical Society
The Bombay Historical Society has an office at the Bombay Town Hall and meets on the last Monday of every month at 7:00 PM, and the Historical Society holds an open house every fall. The Society is dedicated to the preservation of the history of the town of Bombay. The Bombay Historical Society is a museum chartered with the New York State Department of Education and Museums, and has an established genealogical committee.
